Data Tables
Below the summary cards, Flight Reports displays several data tables and card groups that break down your filtered flight data across different dimensions. These sections let you understand which aircraft flew most, what conditions they flew in, and details about recent missions.
Flights by UAV Table
This table summarizes how many times each UAV flew, its total duration, and takeoff count. It includes one row per unique aircraft that appears in the filtered dataset.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| UAV | The registered name of the aircraft (e.g., "Phantom-01", "Mavic-Pro"). |
| Manufacturer | Manufacturer of the UAV (e.g., "DJI", "Auterion", "Custom Build"). |
| Flights | The count of flight records for this UAV in the result set. |
| Duration | The cumulative flight time for this UAV, formatted as "Xh Ym" (hours and minutes). |
| Takeoffs | The total number of takeoff events recorded for this UAV across the filtered flights. |
Example: If your report covers January 2025 physical flights for a DJI Phantom, you might see:
| UAV | Manufacturer | Flights | Duration | Takeoffs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Phantom-01 | DJI | 8 | 3h 45m | 12 |
Conditions Breakdown
After the Flights by UAV table, three card columns appear showing a breakdown of flight conditions. Each card lists the count of flights under each category.
Light Conditions Card
Shows how many flights occurred under day, night, or unknown lighting conditions:
- Day — Flights during daylight hours.
- Night — Flights during darkness.
- Unknown — Flights with unrecorded light conditions.
Operations Conditions Card
Shows flight categorization by visual range:
- VLOS — Visual Line of Sight flights.
- BLOS — Beyond Line of Sight flights.
- Unknown — Operations with unrecorded line-of-sight status.
Pilot Type Card
Shows the role of the pilot during each flight:
- PIC — Pilot in Command (solo flights).
- Dual — Multiple pilots operating simultaneously.
- Instruction — Training or instructional flights.
- Unknown — Flights with unrecorded pilot role.
Recent Flights Table
The Recent Flights table displays the last 50 matching flights in reverse chronological order (newest first). This table is useful for spot-checking recent activity or auditing specific flight records.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | The flight date in standard date format (e.g., "Jan 15, 2025"). |
| UAV | The name of the aircraft that flew the mission. |
| Departure | The takeoff location or time. |
| Landing | The landing location or time. |
| Duration | The flight time in "Xh Ym" format or seconds, depending on filter scope. |
| Type | A badge indicating "Flight" (physical) or "Simulator" (training). |
Maximum Row Limit
The Recent Flights table on screen shows a maximum of 50 entries. If your filtered dataset contains more than 50 flights, only the most recent 50 appear in the web interface. To access the complete list of all matching flights, export your report to CSV format.
Tip: The conditions breakdown cards help you quickly answer broad questions like "What percentage of my flights were dual-pilot?" or "How many night missions did I fly?" Without re-generating the report, you can glance at the three condition cards and see the distribution at a glance.
