The Stock List is the spare part inventory for your fleet. It answers two questions that every pilot with more than one workshop runs into: what do I have, and where is it? — and, before a trip, what do I need to take with me?
Overview
Everything is built on three pieces. Storage locations are the places you keep parts, for example a workshop in Switzerland and a second one in Portugal. Parts are the items you want to keep track of — propellers, motors, batteries, connectors, screws. For each part and location you record two numbers: how many are in stock there, and the minimum you want to keep there.
That minimum is what turns a plain inventory into a planning tool. Anything below it is flagged in the table, counted per location, and — most importantly — turned into a packing list by the Travel Planner whenever you move between two locations.
