Personal Information
The Personal Information section contains your core contact and address details. This information is used for flight report generation and communication purposes.
Editable Contact Fields
The following fields can be freely edited in the User Settings form:
- Phone — Your contact phone number
- Street — Your street address
- ZIP — Postal code or ZIP code
- City — City or municipality
- Country — Country of residence
Each field can be updated directly in the form. Changes are saved immediately upon submission, and the updated information will appear on all future flight reports.
Authentication-Managed Fields
ℹ️ Read-Only Fields
The following fields are managed by your authentication provider and cannot be changed directly in User Settings:
- Email — Your account email address
- First Name — Your given name
- Last Name — Your surname
To update these fields, visit your account settings or authentication provider settings outside of UAV Desk.
Saving Changes
A "Save" button at the bottom of the form commits all edited information. The form displays a success message (green) or error message (red) upon submission. You can also discard changes by refreshing the page.
A "Refresh" button is available to reload the latest version of your profile from the server at any time.
Privacy and Usage
Your personal information is stored securely and is used only for:
- Populating flight reports with operator details
- System communications and notifications
- Compliance and audit trail maintenance
