Aircraft List & Detail View
The UAV Management page uses a two-column layout. The left panel shows your aircraft list, and the right panel displays detailed information for the selected UAV.
Aircraft list (left panel)
The aircraft list shows all UAVs matching your active filter settings (Type filter: All/Physical/Simulators, Status toggle: Active/Inactive). Each entry is a clickable card.
What each card displays:
- Drone Name (bold, at the top)
- Status badges (inline, next to the name):
- INACTIVE (amber badge) — This aircraft is marked inactive and cannot receive new flight logs.
- SIM (purple badge) — This is a simulator entry.
- Subtitle — Manufacturer and Type (e.g., "DJI • Quad"). If either is empty, it displays "N/A".
- Edit button (pencil icon, top-right) — Click to open the edit form for this aircraft.
- Delete button (red trash icon, top-right) — Click to delete or archive this aircraft (see Lifecycle Management for details).
Selecting an aircraft
Click any card to select it. The selected card is highlighted with a blue background and blue border. The right panel immediately updates to show the full details of the selected aircraft. If your list is long, scroll to find an aircraft, or use the filter controls at the top to narrow the view.
Empty state
If no aircraft match your current filters, the message "No aircraft found. Create one to get started." appears. Click Add Aircraft to register your first UAV.
