Troubleshooting

The file does not open

For direct uploads, confirm that the file extension is .bbl. For saved files, a proxy and decompression step may be required before parsing, especially when the source object is compressed or stored remotely.

The graph looks empty or incomplete

Check whether the currently selected fields actually exist in the active log. If a multi-log file is loaded, switch the log selector and verify you are reviewing the intended recording.

The analyzer feels slow

Large plots and dense PSD renderings are browser-heavy. Reduce the selected time range, keep the field list focused, and avoid unnecessarily high plot density when you only need a directional answer.

Frequency-vs-throttle has gaps

This usually means the selected flight segment does not contain enough samples in each throttle range. Use a longer or more representative section with steady throttle variation.

RC or attitude behavior looks wrong

Some attitude conventions follow Blackbox-specific behavior. Always verify the craft and sticks visuals together with the plotted fields before assuming the data itself is corrupt.

Diagnostic order: confirm file source, confirm the active log, verify setup values, narrow the time range, then switch to the specific analysis type you need.

If you still need a clean baseline, start over with Getting Started or retry with a fresh upload.
