Product Update · March 2026

Log Analyzer Is Live in UAV Desk

The Log Analyzer lets you analyze Betaflight Blackbox logs in a workflow similar to Betaflight Blackbox, compare two logs side by side, and keep each log connected to the right flight and UAV record.

BBL logs are shown in the log list with flight metadata and context.
Compare two Betaflight logs side by side with synchronized timeline and analyzer panels.
Graph view with waveform traces and navigation for deep log investigation.
Table view with exact raw values and summary metrics for selected frames.

What is new

  • Analyze Betaflight .bbl logs with a familiar Blackbox-style workflow.
  • Switch between Graph, Table, Analyzer, and Setup tabs depending on the question you are investigating.
  • Use side-by-side compare to evaluate two logs quickly after tuning or hardware changes.
  • Link each BBL log directly to a recorded flight, then keep that relation tied to the correct UAV history.

Detailed analysis workflow

The recommended flow is: open the log, confirm context in Setup, isolate a useful time segment in Graph view, then validate behavior in Analyzer before changing tune values. Analyzer supports Frequency Spectrum and PSD views, plus frequency-vs-throttle and PID-error comparisons to spot resonance, noise floor issues, and command-response mismatches.

Why this matters in UAV Desk

Instead of handling logs as isolated files, UAV Desk keeps log evidence together with the mission and aircraft records. That means you can compare flights with full operational context and keep your maintenance and tuning decisions traceable over time.

What comes next

More analysis features are already planned. If there is a workflow or view you want next, send a feature request through the contact form and we will prioritize based on real pilot feedback.
