1. Scope and Provider

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by CarviFPV (the "Provider", "we"). The services are offered under the brand name UAV Desk. Replace any remaining placeholders with your official company contact details before publishing.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3. Service Description

UAV Desk provides tools to capture, manage, analyze, and archive UAV flight data. Details on features, plans, and pricing are available on our Pricing page.

4. Registration, Accounts and Authentication

Some features require registration. Authentication is provided via the third-party service Clerk. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.

5. Pricing, Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing and payment terms are described on the Pricing page. Refunds, cancellation terms, and trial periods are also specified there. If payments are processed by third parties, their terms additionally apply.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services to operate and deliver the Service. Notable providers include:

These third parties may store or process data in locations outside your jurisdiction. We process data according to our Privacy Policy; see the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Data Processing & Storage

We store and process user data in cloud services (e.g., Neon, Cloudflare). User content such as telemetry may be stored in Cloudflare storage. Details about how we process personal data are provided in our Privacy Policy.

8. User Content and Licenses

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content. By uploading content, users grant the Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce and transmit that content to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

9. Warranties and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. For other damages, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

10. Suspension, Termination and Data Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for breaches of these Terms. Upon termination, data deletion will follow the procedures described in the Privacy Policy. Users can request export or deletion of their data in accordance with applicable law.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days prior to taking effect. Notices may be provided by e-mail or within the Service.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Zurich.

13. Swiss Law — Additional Terms

The following provisions clarify how Swiss law and mandatory consumer protections apply to these Terms:

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms to the extent such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, strikes, internet or network failures, or failures of third‑party providers.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The parties shall replace the invalid provision with a valid one that most closely reflects the parties' original intent.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference (e.g., Privacy Policy, Pricing), constitute the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

17. Notices

Notices under these Terms shall be given by e‑mail or by posting within the Service. Legal notices must be sent to the Provider's registered address (see Imprint) when required by law.

14. Third-Party Service Notice

Technical details about integration with Cloudflare, Neon, Clerk, Resend and Vercel are described in our developer docs and the Privacy Policy. We are not liable for changes, outages or policies of third-party providers.
